1. Overview
At KhoeliMedia, you are in control of your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of:
- Your KhoeliMedia account and the personal data associated with it.
- Any data we received from Facebook when you signed in or signed up using Facebook Login.
If you only used Facebook Login and never created a KhoeliMedia account, you can still request deletion of the Facebook-derived data we stored (see Method 2 below).
2. Method 1 — Delete Your KhoeliMedia Account
If you have a KhoeliMedia account (whether created with a phone number or Facebook Login), this is the fastest way to delete everything at once.
Sign in
Log in to your KhoeliMedia account at khoelimedia.com using your phone number or Facebook Login.
Open Settings
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm Deletion
Confirm the request. Your account will be scheduled for deletion, and you will receive a confirmation message.
Wait for Processing
Your account and associated personal data (profile, content, messages, Facebook-derived identifiers) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
3. Method 2 — Email Us a Deletion Request
If you cannot access your account, or you only used Facebook Login and want us to delete the Facebook-derived data we hold, send us an email.
Send the email
Email admin@khoelimedia.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the following
To help us locate your data, include as much of the following as you can:
- The phone number or email associated with your account
- Your KhoeliMedia handle (username)
- Whether you signed up with Facebook Login, and if so, the Facebook name and email used
- Whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data
Verification
For your security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account (for example, by replying from the email on file or confirming a one-time code sent to your phone).
Processing
We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email once done.
4. Method 3 — Revoke Facebook Access
You can also revoke KhoeliMedia's access to your Facebook account directly from Facebook. This stops future data sharing, but it does not automatically delete data we already stored. To fully delete your data, please also use Method 1 or Method 2.
Open Facebook Settings
Find KhoeliMedia
Locate "KhoeliMedia" in the list of active apps.
Remove Access
Click Remove. Facebook will notify KhoeliMedia, and we will mark your Facebook-derived data for deletion.
5. What Gets Deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently delete the following:

| Records we must keep by law (e.g., tax, fraud prevention) | Retained as required by law, then deleted |
6. Timeline
